★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 涼麵的麵體是細黃麵，入口時Q彈口感好，配菜有小黃瓜絲，拌上麻醬、醋、辣油及蒜蓉醬後，是清爽有香氣的涼麵，麻醬味道並不會蓋過其他佐料，蒜味跟芝麻味在鼻腔中交互衝擊；素食涼麵則是因沒有拌入蒜蓉，更為清爽；味噌蛋包湯與紫菜蛋包湯的蛋包都是完整的蛋包，熟蛋白及半熟蛋黃，味噌湯及紫菜湯的濃度適中均不過鹹，味噌湯有湯料是嫩豆腐跟青蔥，紫菜湯的湯料是海苔細片跟青蔥。
