 The food is quite ordinary. The best thing to drink is the miso soup. The egg drop is well beaten and tender.

It belongs to the light assorted noodles, and the soup is also ordinary. The taste of the noodles is between oolong and rice moss. I don't like it personally, and there is no flour taste. The feeling of eating is very subjective, personal opinions are for reference only

The cold noodles are moderately salty and the sauce is just right. There is a meatball and egg drop tofu soup base in the comprehensive soup, which is a miso flavor. I'm curious about the difference between junk noodles and assorted noodles, try again another day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recommend sea fresh noodle. Shop environment is confusion than before. Still a not bad choice in surrounding area. I myself believe a new offering of named ‘trash noodles’ could damage their business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurant, at a little lane near Yingho Dist. Hall, is used to be a quite local noodle stand, serves home-made Mixed soup noodles(什錦麵). The menu is simple - you can have cold noodles(涼麵), mixed soup noodles, and garbage noodles(垃圾麵, soup noodles contains 4 more ingredients). In consideration to different tastes, the noodles of some dishes can be replaced by flat noodles, rice noodles or congee. The flavour is quite plain but fresh, which means the cook doesn't put so much artificial seasoning. Also, you can find shrimp, clam, pork, tempura, meat ball, tofu and vegetables in the "garbage noodles". You can order the combo one if you are starving - I think the normal one is the perfect size for the stomach of a male. Because it is a home style noodle shop, don't forget to serve yourself to take the chopsticks, spoon, tissue paper by yourself.
