隱藏在巷弄間的咖啡廳，一不小心就會錯過。 肆拾肆號館的環境很舒適，服務也不錯。 咖啡還行，但覺得甜點略為普通。 - 拿鐵的奶泡很細緻，奶香味及綿密感都很不錯，上面還有一層烤糖算是微驚喜，但其實有點甜。個人覺得海鹽拿鐵的鹽可以再多一些，若能重新調配糖跟鹽的比例會更好。 - 因為對甜點比較挑嘴，所以覺得稍嫌普通。 但如果只是想放鬆吃個下午茶，其實已經算蠻不錯的了。 希望生乳酪蛋糕藍莓味可以再更突出些，且乳酪部分凍感太明顯又不夠細緻。至於磅蛋糕就真的蠻普通的了。

隱藏在永和民宅裡、低調奢華風格的老宅咖啡廳～其實店裡有很多我很喜歡的擺設和細節，真的很美，但我去的那一天是星期日，店裡客人太多，怕打擾到別人就沒拍了。 也因為是星期日，所以甜點櫃裡能選的蛋糕沒剩幾種，我挑的兩樣：青葡萄慕斯蛋糕和檸檬糖霜磅蛋糕，我覺得都滿普的，沒特別好吃。 咖啡我選了冰滴拿鐵。和蛋糕比起來，咖啡的表現就出色許多，滿喜歡的。 店裡不只有各式各樣的茶、咖啡和蛋糕，還有一些熱食（水餃、炸醬麵等）和酒類，是一間滿有自己個性的咖啡廳。而且老闆非常親切幽默～? 希望下次去可以碰見能讓我心儀的蛋糕，也想再嘗試不同的咖啡～?

像日式居家咖啡廳一樣，內有隔間，各有特色，復古傢俱、燈飾、廚具、日式風格的物品增添不少氣氛，另發現一些公仔擺設在門、燈、時鐘…上，看得出老闆的小巧思。環境安靜，桌椅高度很適合辦公寫字閱讀。 拿鐵咖啡好喝，味道滑順。販售的蛋糕甜點應該是按每日出爐有什麼賣什麼，看到別人推薦的芝麻起司或抹茶塔可能要再次拜訪碰碰運氣了。海鹽抹茶蛋糕，抹茶鮮奶油部分抹茶香超濃郁，薄薄的一層不會油膩，蛋糕體屬於較濕潤的，海鹽部分味道較淡沒有加分到。肉桂起司蛋糕，也是偏濕潤，上頭的顆粒好像是蓮花餅乾，灑上肉桂粉添加風味，給這裡的蛋糕一個讚。

They really struggled. The cake we ordered never came and when we asked to have our food to go they said they don’t even have to-go containers. Update: I am told that the reply to my review is threatening and involves a personal attack on me as a foreigner. This is really disappointing. I have worked for several restaurants and part of the job is gracefully accepting constructive criticism and seeing it as an opportunity to improve customer service, particularly when the customer points out a negative experience he/she had. I only share my experiences to help the cafe and future patrons so the same problems (such as food waste, which is quite serious) don’t happen again. To attack me as a foreigner is especially disappointing. Most Taiwanese people would never condone racial discrimination and would never deem it fair to mention where someone is from. I have lived in Taiwan for over two years and never been judged or disliked because I am a foreigner/immigrant. This is so disappointing, but I see it as an isolated incident and not representative whatsoever of the Taiwanese people, who have been so kind and welcoming to me. The udon noodle dish we ordered was quite large and we were sad to have to waste it. I was disappointed to learn of the cafe’s wasteful policy as well as their mistakes not bringing us something we ordered. I ordered udon noodles and didn’t realize they had shrimp. When they came, I couldn’t eat them so we asked if we could get the noodles to-go because we wanted to give them to homeless people near Dingxi MRT so the food wouldn’t be wasted, and they said they don’t have to-go containers for their food, which I had never heard of before. My friend and I were confused and disappointed. This policy is quite unique and seems extremely wasteful. I have never encountered it and I’ve dined at hundreds of restaurants across Taiwan and across the globe. Like I said, the dish was quite large and my friend and I were sad to have to waste it. Also the cake we ordered never came (we weren’t charged for it and we ordered it again and it eventually came so it wasn’t a huge deal, we just waited awhile at first and it was compounded by the other issues.) A very normal, honest review of the experience...Obviously there is no legal basis against me for just sharing my simple experience...I assume the owner is just an unprofessional and unreasonable person...I do not wish anything bad on this cafe. It was actually quite lovely inside and the cake was yummy. I hope they can improve their customer service and consider changing their policies in the future. I am disappointed that such a big deal was made of such a simple review of mine and I will probably avoid this cafe due to such a negative and unprofessional attitude.

Old traditional house restored into a lovely cafe. Lots of drinks choices and delicious cakes. Staff is very nice.
