★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 是個就算是早上8、9點也還算安靜的社區，因為對面就是永平國小，所以社區及附近住戶很多都是學生族群，早上、下午的上下學期間會比較熱鬧，社區一樓對外店面也有很多間不同風格的早餐店可供選擇，不過一旦遇到寒暑假還有連假期間，早上的社區就會較為安靜清幽。
與比漾廣場只隔一條巷子，下班、週末逛街非常方便。本來就是人群密集的區域，目前正在開通捷運，對住戶造成很多噪音與交通不便，但一旦成功通車，應該會更加繁忙，房價也更高。
