Best Vietnamese restaurant in Taiwan

My pork/rice noodles (bun thit nuong) came with a pork chop which was paper thin and coated with gross flour residue. It was not grilled as it should have been. No pickled veg. Nuoc mam sauce was tasteless. Really inauthentic and 難吃 food. AVOID

The Pho was OK but nothing special. Salad was not good, coffee was authentic but could not make up for an otherwise disappointing meal. I don't recommend.

It was overwhelmed with bland noodles, with curry powder still visible (in chunks! Not dissolved in soup broth at all) & a dash of coconut milk . Truly disappointing meal ...

I'm not sure why they advertise themselves as a Vietnamese place. The people are Vietnamese, but the food is pretty Taiwanese tasting. Still, it's very good if you're in the area.

No Vietnam style, only normal Taiwan home meal, soup, braised dishes, vegetables, salad, noodles. So if you're a tourist, you may not want to experience this.
