燒餅外脆內軟又有嚼勁,鹹鹹甜甜味道不錯,唯二可以改善的部分是: 1. 有時會吃到很鹹的鹽巴塊 2.燒餅底部有黑黑的燒焦塊 希望老闆能持續提升,做出更美味的傳統美食~

燒餅剛出爐的時候非常香,若能不顧形象當街趁熱吃最好,帶回家涼了再吃就可惜了,最好用烤箱復熱。 唯一不太習慣的是燒餅還有加糖,我個人比較喜歡純粹鹹香口味,故只打4星,抱歉了!如果真要做甜口味的,很盼望老闆能研發類似北京芝麻燒餅的那種口味,那就太棒了。

這家店位在永安捷運站出口的對面巷子口附近,門面不大,但老闆很專注的在碳烤與擀麵粉,這次買了6個,剛出爐很燙很香,外觀非常完美,碳烤焦黑的部份很少,等稍為沒那麼燙時,ㄧ口咬下,外皮酥脆,內層蠻豐滿的,且外皮有抹些微糖漿,而蔥花部份蠻鹹的,所以外層有點甜,內餡有點鹹,麵皮又香,所以這種香香甜甜鹹鹹的口感真的很特別,也很好吃,但感覺麵皮有酸酸的感覺,回家再過烤箱烤過,就沒有酸味了,所以這應該是老麵發酵但烤的時間不夠所致,而且再烤過更酥脆好吃,這店家的口味很特別,值得喜歡蔥燒餅的朋友來光臨哦!
