每盤150元左右的熱炒店價格,口味卻是餐廳水準,所有餐點都是鮮甜入味但不會過油過鹹,簡單的炒青菜鮮脆油亮份量也足、宮保肥腸有鍋氣又有層次。 乾煸四季豆上桌一入口更是驚艷,又香又入味口感又酥,配上爆炒肉末蒜末,真是近十年吃過最喜歡的。吃完盤底一點油也沒有,讓人回憶起20年前川菜館老師傅的好手藝,打趴一堆只有裝潢的花拳繡腿餐廳。 食材都新鮮,蛤仔蚵仔都超肥美,花生蒜頭等配料也都不馬虎。店內也滿乾淨的,桌面椅子不像很多小吃熱炒店會黏黏油油,雖然有些許油煙味,但不致於讓人感到不適,是讓人想用新台幣支持,一再回訪的好店。
