自己炒料及調整肉片熟度的石頭火鍋,一開始炒料內已有洋蔥添加少量的油,建議洋蔥炒透後,再加肉拌炒到半熟,如果喜歡沙茶香氣的人,也可以從佐料區取些沙茶的油一同拌炒;喜歡吃肉的人,建議一開始就加點,肉有經過拌炒後的味道比較有香氣;期間限定的基隆小卷尚屬新鮮,吃起來略甜有嚼勁,比船凍小卷大隻,但口感上差異不大。

湯頭跟大部分石頭火鍋比起來屬於清爽不油膩,食材都非常新鮮,很少在外面火鍋店吃到這麼鮮甜的鯛魚跟文蛤,很驚艷。火鍋料可以換青菜而且份量不小氣,服務態度也很親切,一定會再來光顧?

價格還滿算可以的石頭火鍋 菜盤可以換成沒有火鍋料的 很不錯 店內招牌奶茶其實就是早餐店的味道 會給你一盤炒料 可以選擇要不要加肉片去炒得更香 份量上不多不少 但吃飽是沒問題的 旁邊還有雞蛋醬料可以取用 還算不錯 廁所也還算乾淨 如果住附近的話感覺會是常來的火鍋店

菜單已經更新!算是永和附近很有特色的火鍋店,醬料選擇蠻多,蒜頭很夠味,飲料有紅茶包種茶跟奶茶。甜點是綠豆湯。特色應該是可以加很多肉跟想吃的餐點!

服務態度不錯,可以電話先預約,上菜速度快,也有教我們怎麼料理。 這次點了牛板腱肉石頭火鍋和蒜香蛤蜊雞腿鍋,石頭火鍋會先用洋蔥和蔥炒香再加高湯(炒的時候有被提醒辣椒不可下鍋炒,應該是怕炒的太嗆及會有苦味吧?)因整體味道偏淡,後面加了一點沙茶和辣椒在湯裡面,有喜歡一點。而蒜香雞蒜頭會要先熬過才會有香氣(建議蒜頭可以拍一下這樣熬的會比較快也比較有味道),所以一開始等不及蒜頭熬軟,有先從調味區撈了一匙蒜泥加入,蒜頭味道提升不少,吃到中間時,湯呈現白色味道更濃郁,加上蛤蜊甜味,也是蠻喜歡的。鍋物菜盤、肉盤和主食很基本無特別,另自助區有飲料、綠豆湯、調味料及生雞蛋供人自取。 我們兩個女生一人一鍋,可以吃飽,無另外加點,價格屬涮涮鍋的價位,用餐下來除湯底有自己調整一下,中規中矩,可回訪。
