★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 經過市場旁的一家小店，看起來乾淨清爽，沒想太多，進門嚐鮮。感覺應該是新開的店面，不過看老闆熟練的手法，應該已經有一段不算短時間的經歷。菜色簡單，我挑了雞絲涼麵試試。濃濃的芝麻香搭配清爽的麵條，嗯！這是涼麵應該有的味道，口感豐富有層次。涼麵看起來簡單，不過製作過程其實還滿複雜的，麵條要清爽彈牙，記憶中需要經過電扇跟冰塊急速降溫，聽說現在都用是冷氣在吹，沒看到老闆辛苦的過程，好吃有嚼勁倒是真的。醬料通常都是10多種的醬油、香油、麻油、再加上不同比例的蒜醋調味，各家風味不同。這家的味道符合我的口感。下次再試試他們的麻辣口味。

除此之外的東西都很普通，感覺不到什麼眷村風情，雞肉絲飯也不是說不夠鹹還是怎麼樣，再淋了汁之後還是沒什麼味道，但有一股淡淡的雞味，不喜歡這種腥羶味的人可能會比較敏感。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a small family operation but Eric’s 涼麵 are second to none, taking great care with his ingredients and sesame sauce recipe. Friends are never disappointed when I bring them here. Although out of the way, his restaurant is located near a Ubike dock making it easy to reach.
