大推陳奕蓁醫師 很溫柔有耐心 又專業細心詳細解說 有大大新增牙齒保健知識 終於找到一家可以放心固定保健的牙醫了? 診所整體上服務都很優 疫情期間其他牙醫診所都很冷清 但這裡卻還是依舊很多人看診 在候診區等待時 有觀察到醫護跟櫃檯人員面對各個年齡層的病患 無論見面或電話通話 都很溫柔有耐心 讓人感覺舒服也放心?

因為牙齒出了滿多狀況,決定來這裡做全面的診治。從四月起陸續在這裏給柯孟宗醫師治療牙周病,我很怕痛,但是醫師與助理們都非常有耐心,讓我恐懼感減輕很多,醫師也會主動關心治療後的狀況,治療後恢復相當良好,牙齒變強壯,也不會再流血了,真的非常開心。☺️ 我還有一顆智齒因為囊腫感染已經侵蝕到骨頭了,周昱廷醫師幫我手術拔牙取出囊腫並且補骨,非常害怕的我也順利完成了手術,術後照顧說明與護理也非常清楚。只能說很高興走進這家牙醫診所,帶著恐懼不安的心情進來,但是治療過程真的讓人很安心,助理們也很盡責與親切,不厭其煩的回答我的問題,再次謝謝你們!

目前正在這家診所做植牙治療,醫師都OK,會顧及顧客看診時候的緊張,也會解釋顧客的疑問。連同牙周預防,這幾個月已經看診好幾次。但幾次看診下來,牙醫助理的應對方式都讓人有點問號,每次結束感覺都蠻差的。 第一次去做植牙諮詢安排的「專屬植牙禮賓專員」很好,很有耐心講解治療過程和保險請領的問題,可是後續看診時,都不是同一位負責,我的需求似乎也都沒有好好交接。 1植牙手術當天診所會準備早餐,送來的餐點和我點的不同;飲料點溫熱的,但送來的時候牙助說「它涼掉了,你要我再加熱嗎?」 餐點應該是買錯就算了,但飲料涼掉就蠻好笑的。既然知道我點溫的,為什麼不在送來之前就加熱好? 2當天拔掉牙根裝上植體之前,我再次詢問保險請領的問題,牙助說結束會拿資料給我。手術完成後到一樓櫃檯我又有再問一次保險資料,然後她說之後用line傳給我就匆忙送我上車。直到隔天,是我自己又再line詢問一次,才得到我需要的東西。 3手術的三天後,在白金秘書的line詢問照顧傷口的問題,當天得到了「幫您詢問一下」的回覆。然後等了兩天都沒得到答案,也是我自己又再問一次,才有人理我。 今天讓我想寫評論的原因是因為診斷證明書。我說過我不急,希望可以和專員討論再開立。然後得到回覆說會先請醫師開立讓我確認,在下下次回診時(今天)給我。結果今天回診時,沒有可以確認的診斷書,現場的牙助也根本沒有人知道有這件事。我覺得一次兩次忘記交接就算了,但這幾次看診和line上面的溝通,都讓人感覺很不被尊重。 最後兩點 1每次看診都會聽到牙助在用對講機罵人或大聲說話。 2在預約的時間準時抵達,但通常都還要再等至少15分鐘才有醫師看診,而今天等了30分鐘。 我不會說推薦或不推薦這間診所,只是目前為止都不是很好的治療體驗。

However, in the follow-up consultation, the same person was not in charge, and my needs seemed to be different. Didn't communicate well. 1 On the day of the dental implant surgery, the clinic will prepare breakfast, and the food delivered is different from what I ordered; the drink was warm, but when it was delivered, the dental assistant said, "It's cold, do you want me to reheat it?" It's okay to buy the wrong meal, but it's funny when the drinks are cold. Now that you know I'm ordering it warm, why don't you heat it up before it's delivered? 2 Before the root of the tooth was pulled out and the implant was installed on the same day, I asked again about the insurance claim, and the dental assistant said that he would give me the documents after the end. After the operation was completed, I went to the counter on the first floor to ask for the insurance information again, and she said that it would be passed to me via the line and hurriedly sent me to the car. I didn't get what I needed until the next day, when I asked the line again. 3 Three days after the operation, I asked about taking care of the wound on the platinum secretary's line, and I got a reply that "I will help you to ask" on the same day. Then I waited for two days and didn't get an answer, and I asked again myself, and no one cared about me. What makes me want to write a review today is because of the certificate of diagnosis. I said that I am not in a hurry, I hope to discuss with the commissioner before opening. Then I got a reply that I would ask the doctor to prescribe it for me to confirm, and give it to me at the next visit (today). As a result, when I returned to the clinic today, there was no verifiable medical certificate, and no one on the scene knew about this. I think it’s okay to forget to hand over once or twice, but these few visits and communication on the line have made people feel very disrespected. last two points 1 Every time I visit, I hear the dental assistant swearing or speaking loudly on the walkie-talkie. 2Arrived on time for the appointment, but usually had to wait at least another 15 minutes for the doctor to see the doctor, and today it was 30 minutes. I wouldn't say recommend or not recommend this clinic, just not a good treatment experience so far.
