用料實在。但要烤一下或微波總之要加熱才能吃出味道來。我買的是黃金起司,整體已涼起司也硬化吃起來没味道。不如吃原味。

很好吃 蛋糕體很蓬鬆 回家再烤一下會有外層酥酥內層輕盈的新口感 很好吃 不過覺得起司跟巧克力都遠比沒什麼內餡的芋頭好吃~

一向不愛吃蛋糕的我,這次拿到別人贈送的蛋糕也不起興趣,只想著要打開放涼趕快送進冰箱,沒想到一打開就聞到濃郁撲鼻的蛋香味,忍不住用食指戳了戳,Q彈濕潤的觸感從指尖激發了唾液分泌,立馬各切了一塊來吃。 這次收到的是芋泥杏仁、南瓜乳酪。杏仁跟南瓜片不多,但也因此能吃到更多濃郁的原味蛋糕香氣。 芋泥稍甜一些,所以覺得這樣的料量很剛好,再多就膩了。輕嚼芋泥還咬得到芋頭顆粒,從顏色跟嗅覺就知道沒有額外添加紫增色顏料,是很安心的味道。 乳酪(個人覺得比較算起司)也是比較香鹹的,不會太緊密的交疊恰好與蛋糕體形成非常完美的重奏,也是多了就膩了,這樣的料量恰到好處。 蛋糕本體看似鬆軟,其實蠻紮實的,但不會硬。嚐起來的味道起來有點像蜂蜜蛋糕,口感像蒸熟的馬鈴薯泥。 現在幾乎隨處可見古早味蛋糕店,但多數都是出爐香,嚐起來實則乾硬,這是我第一次吃到這麼美味的古早味蛋糕。口感濕潤,蛋香濃厚,剛出爐時勝過高級蛋糕店的甜點,從冰箱再拿出來微波或烤過依然很禁得起加熱,不會太乾。不過因為蛋糕本體比較濕潤,買回來可能還是要盡快吃掉或進冰箱比較新鮮。
