‼️單價偏高,口味不錯,部分菜品份量較少‼️ 與朋友聚餐第一層光顧,因為剛好8個人所以選8人套餐(3男5女),但只有一鍋滷肉跟雞湯我們沒吃完 整體來說每道菜口味都不錯,夠味道,也不會太油,但一盤菜的份量可能就是一人一筷子就差不多了(鳳梨蝦球一人就一隻蝦量,然後很多鳳梨??),想多吃一點可能只能配大鍋滷肉了,平均下來一個人快700元,算是偏高價位,如果這個價格的份量可以再多一點就滿分? 但服務人員態度很好,服務也周到,雖然算錯錢,反應後也很快的改正, 最後滷肉跟雞湯有打包,雞湯還幫我們加湯了? 內用時間只有90分鐘,從進場後開始計算,當天後面沒有訂位客人所以也不會趕客人走,讓我們可以放心聊天

來到中永和順道發現的一家新的連鎖企業餐廳品牌,後來才知道北車京站地下街就有另一家分店了。真珠採台式風味菜餚為主,餐廳裝潢也頗具一番風味、很具年代感特色,且明亮舒適,更值得讚賞的是他們的服務,尤其穿正裝的小姐應該是該時段的主要外場人員,非常的客氣、熱情,有反應必定立刻來關照與處理,給人滿滿的台灣人情味,讓人著實不懂低評價的為什麼會給出服務態度不佳的回饋?我們全家一致認同本次用餐體驗真的很開心舒服與滿意。 菜餚的部分,真珠是比較清淡一點的調味,如果像我們家都是走重口派的也可以在點餐的時候註明要什麼程度的辣度。而在所有餐點中我覺得最鹹口的非「蔭瓜炒牛肉」莫屬,以鹽醃漬的大黃瓜與肉質軟嫩的牛肉絲及青蔥拌炒、十足下飯!「五花魷魚小炒」裡最讓我驚艷的是裡頭的五花肉,炸到脆口、有點港式三層肉那口感,好喜歡、又不會太油膩,搭配大塊豆乾與細小Q嫩的魷魚絲同樣下飯;「古早味炒米粉」被同行家人讚不絕口,讓真珠的炒米粉更上一層樓絕對是他們處理米粉後會把它炒開,一般外面的炒米粉都是黏糊在一坨,顯得真珠的炒米粉重細節的更難能可貴,連本人完全不愛吃米粉的都覺得欸還行欸、尤其加辣之後,這道加辣後的辣度是最明顯的;「菜脯蔥花蛋」表現是平均之上,不會因為有菜脯就過鹹,反而體現了煎蛋的香氣,且主廚將蛋的形狀煎的不僅完整的圓且有厚度、很討喜又有份量感;「塔香蚵仔酥」絕對是我最愛的台菜之一,而真珠的也沒讓人失望,蚵仔本身就吃得出好新鮮而且飽滿,麵衣不會搞的太厚太搶吃的咀嚼感故也沒到太油,而九層塔更是炸到一捏就脆碎了,沾著胡椒鹽搭配吃清爽解膩很完美;「香酥紅糟肉」是經典小菜但一點也不馬虎,紅糟肉表皮的酥脆感跟那五花肉有得拼,再搭著豬肉本身微微的肥肉與瘦肉比例均衡、滑嫩入口,與醬油膏跟小黃瓜搭又是一道推薦料理,唯一希望小黃瓜的份量可以再多一點更解膩~「瓜仔肉蒸蛋」是家人想回味的一道菜,不過跟想像中稍微不同的呈現方式,個人品嚐過覺得這道是味道意外最清淡的菜餚,本以為上面深色的肉末與醬汁會很重口不過實則相反,不過家人外帶隔日再帶便當後、想必味道應該會更入味吧!最後,對本人來說用餐的收尾做得好、會加分不少,而「焦糖布丁」有不負期待哦??是有水準的滑嫩布丁,雖然不是想像中的古早味雞蛋布丁但實在好吃,並列我最愛的餐廳布丁名單裡了,而且一上桌是真的可以看到黑色點點、也就是香草籽的部分,真材實料、很推薦大家用餐完都加點一份~ 總結我認為先不管餐點如何,真珠的服務精神就已經讓我毫不猶豫的給滿分,沒想到菜品也很對味,真的很值得常來光顧,期待下次再到較近的京站店用餐。
