★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 中分頭店員服務態度極差,拿鞋子、給鞋子還愛理不理一副不耐煩的服務態度。買鞋、看鞋不用介紹沒有關係,但是需要拿個尺寸,至少也看一下客人是否有拿到?第一次去找店員時,告知我們需要鞋款的其它尺寸,等了半天沒人沒鞋,第二次又再去找同一個店員問,他回:「弟弟不是拿給妳了?」請問弟弟是哪一位?我們如果拿到也沒那麼無聊要再找你再詢問你好嗎?後來店員來把我們需要的鞋子拿走後換另外一位店員過來,拿了一雙後面客人要的鞋子給我們說是我們要的鞋⋯我們告知這不是我們要的鞋子,後面客人說是他的,而當下拿鞋過來的店員又問我們要的是哪一雙鞋子?結果我們也找不到我們要的那雙鞋子。客人沒有必要承擔你的情緒,我們只是想挑一雙鞋。拿鞋給我們就連正眼都不看,還一幅不耐煩的嘴臉,客人並不會知道你是什麼人,只會記得在這個品牌消費的不好經驗,此店評價已極差,請改善服務態度。
但短髮弟弟(拿鞋給我們的第二個店員)服務親切這顆星給他的
