P	Penny Kang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 因為皮膚好像過敏不舒服，所以google 家裡附近的皮膚科診所，看了平價好像還不錯，所以就來掛號看診。一開始掛號時櫃檯小姐問我是哪方面的問題，我就說我不知道是不是因為天氣熱起疹子，很癢不舒服，她就跟我收了200元掛號費，我填完初診資料後，她就跟我說，皮膚癢的問題是屬於健保涵蓋的，所以掛號費是200元，但如果進到診間你有問任何關於醫美方面的問題，我們會收你2000元，一開始把規定講清楚我覺得很好，但是那種感覺有點讓人不舒服，讓我覺得我是不是進錯診所的感覺，我是為了看皮膚問題才來皮膚科診所，但我好像走到醫美中心的感覺。後來小姐叫我在旁邊坐著等候，我等了大概30分鐘，進去看診，我也不知道為什麼我進去後兩位櫃檯掛號的小姐也跟著我進去，我坐下來告訴醫生我的問題，我說我不知道是不是因為天氣太熱流汗所以起疹子還是被什麼咬了，我掀起我的袖子告訴醫生位置在我的肩膀和腋下和手臂交界處，醫生問我還有哪裡有起疹子，我說好像都是穿內衣的地方，醫師就說夏天天氣比較悶熱所以穿衣服悶住流汗的原因才會這樣，就跟我說不要吃辣的洗澡不要用肥皂，他會開藥膏給我抹，就這樣看完醫生大概2分鐘左右吧，雖然醫生講話沒有讓我有什麼不舒服的地方，但是醫生也沒有告訴我我到底是長濕疹，還是過敏，我也知道我有可能是因為穿衣服天氣悶熱起疹子，但我這是濕疹還是其他紅疹？我感覺醫生也完全沒有看我長得疹子是什麼樣子的，我只能去藥局拿藥回家擦看看有沒有用，但是我擦完之後還是很癢。我沒有覺得醫生或櫃檯護理人員態度不好，只是感覺自己進到醫美中心，我覺得下一次櫃檯人員可以先告知現場掛號的病人，醫生正在幫病人做醫美諮詢，等候時間會比較長，讓等候的人有心理準備，還有櫃檯的護士跟著我進去，讓我有一種好像要看我有沒有問醫美問題的感覺，隨時準備收我醫美諮詢的費用的感覺，建議可以固定一個跟診人員，不然感覺很奇怪。
