戴口罩已經看不出表情
只能透過講話口氣跟用語來感受對方情緒
不是說要多好的服務
但基本說話的禮貌還是要注意
就連聽他跟可能比他資淺的女員工說話方式
以及翻白眼的表情
都令人不舒服
