★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very impressed by this 牛肉麵. I came at 11.40, they open 11.30. Had to wait 25 min for a seat since they don't have many seats. People were lining up both for seats and takeaways.
The soup is fantastic with a good depth and balance. The noodles are cooked perfectly and they are handmade. The beef is flavourful and tender. If you want to eat Taiwanese Beef Noodle soup in an environment that's new and hip, this is for you. Simple but yet good interior design.
A must try for any 牛肉麵 lover.
