★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昨天第一次用Uber 點了焦糖鮮奶茶跟珍珠鮮奶茶，兩個品項都很好喝，但是焦糖鮮奶茶半糖有點太甜，今天又點了微糖，又有點淡⋯下次會請店員做微糖跟半糖之間，不知道這樣可以嗎?
 Yesterday I ordered Caramel Milk Tea and Pearl Milk Tea with Uber for the first time. Both items are delicious, but Caramel Milk Tea with half sugar is a bit too sweet. 不過對於公關處理稍嫌不周全。
7月期間屢次至該店購買茶飲，今日再次前往購買，才被告知是否需要集點!?
反問店員活動何時開始？說今年1-2月就開始。
後續述說之前購買，均未被告知有該活動，且店面也未公告，是否能拿之前購買發票回來補集點⋯ 男店員吱吱嗚嗚的答不出個所以然。
後續才經由女店員告知，拿發票回去再行看看處理！
##對於活動處置，仍未給出解決辦法！

而且特別的茶竟然又特別的便宜，
味道也蠻有層次的。
值得一試 ?

上面的微鹹奶蓋配微微酸甜的葡萄冰沙，真的絕了！底下還有滿滿茶凍！
冰沙竟然是葡萄下去打的，冰沙裡喝得到葡萄皮、肉跟籽。
但仔有點太多就是了?
今天改喝草莓波茲！下次來喝酸梅口味的！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 其實我覺得你們家飲料好喝又便宜，只是有些店員的服務態度需要改善一下，如昨天晚上的女店員，缺乏笑容就算了，也沒有服務熱忱，也不會問客人今天要點什麼飲料，重點是，飲料好了也不會告知一下，直接放在櫃檯，這樣的服務態度，我建議老闆直接學麥當勞，弄一台自動點餐機，店員都專門做飲料就好，把人事成本回饋給顧客。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店如其名很冰心的員工. 常在這叫外送 今天想散步一下就在foodpanda叫外帶自取. 到了店面女店員三杯飲料擺在我面前沒有袋子. 說袋子要另外付一塊錢. 我錢都在熊貓上已經付了 為什麼不在熊貓上收這一塊. 外送時都有袋子的.
女店員堅持要跟我收一塊. 我光這星期就在這裡消費過3次 每一次叫外送點3-5個飲料. 現在為了要多賺我一塊錢要讓個常客在大冷天裡空手拿三杯冷飲走回家.
這種做生意的方法真是不敢領教. 賣茶飲的滿街都是. 我和家人朋友應該都不會再光顧這個冰心的店了.
