上課一年多,在昨天先告一段落了~ 很感謝Joey教練的指導,印象很深刻的是去年剛上課時就發現了身體各式各樣的問題,肩膀的問題是最嚴重的,當時很專注在放鬆伸展,那時也心想為何不把動作先教好? 但因為對身體有更多的認識,整個在健身的邏輯基礎建立也非常紮實,當時身體是非常緊繃的,需要透過基本的按壓來放鬆身體,被按壓的時候非常痛也非常癢XD 一直到現在可以正常做一些肩膀的動作,還是覺得很神奇,也非常感謝教練對於健身全面的態度。 去年報名後的第一個月因為蜜月期以及比較認真,也有得到一點收穫,但運動真的不是一時的,那時得到了一些結果之後,也放縱了飲食跟運動,後續也是體重飆升還有退步…., Joey還是花費很大的心力慢慢在指導我 (有幾次是很認真地跟聊聊,有種被約談的感覺XD,但更多的是可以發現他的用心,還有希望身邊的人也變得更好的那種正向感) 飲食上也需要每天三餐上傳LINE,學員有數十位,Joey教練也不厭其煩地會照料好每一位學員,就連吃的東西某道菜有勾芡比較多也會馬上點出並和你說明這些食物對你來說是好是壞,因為每一天的回饋,也讓你覺得他一直和你在前進的路上 或許他沒有義務在上課以外的時間花費這麼多的心力,也沒有義務一定要把你二十幾年的飲食習慣改變,但這因為這樣的方式,讓我可以一直在正確的節奏上前進,不追求一時短期體態的改變,雖然現在還沒有很好的體態,希望可以承襲教練的這份心態,繼續往健身這條路前進。 很感謝Joey教練的指導,期待未來的相聚,是一個進步的我帶上了新的問題和你重逢,也會欣慰我這個學生有一丁點成長XD 謝謝,終於下課啦

2021/2/20 體驗課(含身體狀態評估) 2021/3/1 第一次上教練課 2022/4/11 完成40堂課的訓練 當初會想踏入重量訓練,起因是希望在工作上能有好的表現以及如何把肌肉、骨骼、神經串連起來做事情避免在運動中或工作上受傷。 當時找了不少私教等相關資訊,最後選擇報名康樂股長的私教課程。 費用來說算平價,如果以20堂課為走期的話,但並沒因平價而在教學上品質有所打折。 這時候就要介紹我的教練了:Kidd及Eden,Kidd是我的直屬教練而Eden在身體動作調整上有幾堂課之緣。 在飲食上,Kidd總是耳提面命要我注意,怎麼吃才能在訓練下增肌減脂發揮最大效果。 在訓練上,Kidd會換位思考,會思考學員為什麼在做某些動作會做不到或感受度不好,抓出問題而動態調整訓練方式。 若對身體結構及走向不熟悉真的很難能做到這件事,還好Kidd幫了大忙。 因為我的身體活動度並不好,光是調整身體及動作就花了近半年時間才能安全的做負重訓練,所以課程初期我常笑著我是來復健的運動先放一邊XDD 第1堂的弓步蹲 直上直下 抖抖抖抖抖 第40堂的弓步蹲 (拿錏鈴) 直上直下 穩穩的 這對我來說意義很大,因為人要穩住才能做更多事情,承擔"重"責。 最後再次感謝Kidd及康樂股長的行政人員,在疫情期間的課程安排及訓練。 辛苦了 謝謝
