最大的缺點就是每次接電話那個 歐巴桑，真的感覺很沒有什麼服務的熱誠，或者他根本就不懂，奉勸還不如讓小朋友來接電話來安排
我彷彿看到30年前台灣的服務態度

The biggest drawback is that every time I answer the phone, Obasan really feels that he has no enthusiasm for the service, or he doesn’t understand at all. It is better to ask the children to answer the phone to make arrangements.
