與其說是來吃麵但其實是衝著各式好吃小菜而來 必點黃瓜 / 炸排骨/ 口水雞/ 蘭花乾/ 滷牛肉 特製的醬料淋在每道菜都好對味 儘管有其他分店, 但還是喜歡永和這間老店 常常會想到的好味道

偶然間路過,因為已經過用餐時間,附近的店家都關了,看見餐廳滿乾淨就決定在這用餐。 點了一些小菜跟麵,意外的發現很合口味! 餛飩湯- 已經很久沒有吃到這麼合口味的餛飩湯。餛飩是小顆的,鮮甜的絞肉,滑嫩而不爛的餛飩皮,湯頭沒有油蔥的清爽口感,很好吃! 榨菜肉絲湯麵- 榨菜脆香不鹹,肉絲口味剛好,不會太老,細麵Q,配著湯在口裡有單純的香氣,齒頰留香。很多麵店的榨菜肉絲麵的湯是因為榨菜跟肉太鹹而吃完的,這家的不會。 麻辣雞- 雞胸肉很嫩,很香。有點小骨頭但是都很容易剔除,醬汁調配的也很好,口味不會過重,鹹淡適宜。 泡菜- 自然發酵的酸,脆爽,想起媽媽醃的泡菜。 小菜價錢偏高,但很有特色,不是一般麵攤吃起來一樣的豆乾海帶跟小菜。不會因為小菜的價錢而影響下次的光顧。

路過隨意進來吃 點餐方式…嗯…要先看一下壁面掛的菜單 然後再跟服務員點餐 小菜也是看啥點啥 點了一碗紅燒牛肉麵和一碗湯麵及豆乾小黃瓜 先上小菜…澆上的沾醬覺得不夠味 所以看到桌上有沾醬…應該是辣的吧 結果…我吃起來是不夠辣 問了服務員…回我那就是辣的了 喔….好喔…拍謝我就是重口味的…沒…就算了 上來麵條⋯喝口湯、吃口麵 就很外省的煮法…讓人懷念~ 因為以前我公公也是這樣煮 就是很簡單的湯頭、很一般的麵條 只是…沒想到這樣煮法的路面麵館 一碗麵的價錢…竟然是商場、百貨的價錢 只能說商場賣的是裝潢的價錢 這卻是大家說的”懷念”的價錢吧!? 想想當時應該多吃點公公煮點麵 而我應該學起來?????

擔擔麵大碗份量超多,調味好吃,香氣十足,微辣很開胃 唯一缺點就是偏貴,照片的牛肉是兩份 麻辣雞是雞胸肉部位,沒有特別嫩,有一點點點雞味,但因為調味重,所以可接受。雖然看起來很辣,但其實還好沒有特別辣,還帶有一點點酸酸的調味。 紅油抄手吃起來沒有特別的腥味,炒手皮薄厚適中,也不會跟內餡分離 整體調味重,重口味愛好者會很愛! 永和人吃好多年了,偶爾想到就要去吃一下

從民國70年代就已經營業了,第一次吃應該是民國93年,店面不大9張桌子,表面的白色美耐板已經擦成黑色了,店家淸潔工作很用心。 這應該是吃過最貴的陽春麵,小菜很好吃,麻辣雞必點的其實不辣,香氣濃郁肉嫩不柴,小黃瓜和花干也好吃。 二個人吃下來三百算便宜的。 現在煮麵已經交給第二代了,切小菜的老闆娘很會推銷,小心點太多!
