1. 進門連個招呼都沒有，就指示我要坐哪。我在挪動我口袋裡的物品，沒馬上坐下，就被你用不耐煩的口氣指使：「坐下啊！」我雖然年紀比妳小，但我是來消費的，不是來讓你使喚的小弟！
2. 剪完都沒詢問我是否滿意，連拿個鏡子讓我看後腦杓都沒有！
3. 最令人感到被羞辱的就是，我額頭都是頭髮，就想要收錢打發我走了！我去百元理髮從沒被這樣糟蹋過！你連基本的服務都沒做到！
說實在的，當你說出：「再來喔」，我真的很想破口大罵，把錢扔妳臉上！
