★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 以前住過這這邊，謝姓總幹事說話前後對不上，洪姓11樓住戶屋頂漏水帶頭不繳管理費耍賴皮還選上監委，後來漏水維修後要求全住戶賠償屋內裝修損失，管委會還通過賠償，最後管委會佔用住戶私有土地收停車清潔費聞所未聞非常奇葩。
I have lived here before, but the director-general surnamed Xie couldn't match what he said. The 11th-floor householder surnamed Hong took the lead in not paying the management fee and was elected to the supervisory committee. The committee also passed compensation, and in the end the management committee occupied the private land of the household to charge parking and cleaning fees, which is unheard of and very strange.
