★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 相當專業的格鬥訓練中心，教練親力親為，在場親自教學督導每個練習的學員，絲毫不鬆懈。空氣流通舒適，空間也相當寬敞，是想練習格鬥或是健身的好地方。
A fairly professional combat training center, where the coaches are hands-on and personally teach and supervise the trainees of each exercise, and they do not relax in the slightest. 本以為泰拳都在對打。
但來這邊體驗課後，發現跟想像中的很不一樣，簡教練讓泰拳變成了很有趣的健身課程。真心推薦大家可以來這裡嘗試不同類型的運動。

I thought Muay Thai was fighting.
But after coming here to experience the class, I found that it was very different from what I imagined. Coach Jane turned Muay Thai into a very interesting fitness class. I really recommend everyone to come here and try different types of sports.
