★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 地點很棒。有環球百貨它的接駁車也方便到捷運，百貨內吃的比其他餐廳便宜又好吃 。旁邊國管院員山公園有初生到年老的各種活動空間，大學的運動操場籃球場，，，嘉穗公園。好住所也。可惜沒電梯。
Great location. There is Universal Department Store and its shuttle bus is also convenient to the MRT. The food in the department store is cheaper and delicious than other restaurants. Next to the National Academy of Management Yuanyuan Mountain Park, there are various activity spaces from the newborn to the elderly, the sports playground of the university, the basketball court, and Jiasui Park. Good place to stay too. Too bad there is no elevator.

Quiet neighborhood in the middle of the noisy neighborhood. Convenient transportation. Universal shopping mall in front. Yuanshan Park next to it. You can walk up from the Di Gong Temple next to it. It takes less than five minutes. It’s also close to the private market.
