家人牙齒非常不舒服臨時到現場掛號，當時小姐說前面有三個要看，後面有個五點預約，若前面看完已五點則需要等到預約看完才看得到現場掛號。
但事實上，醫生前面看好根本就還不到五點，櫃台小姐硬是要現場掛號的要繼續等到不知道幾點，說五點預約的人已到。

這樣的掛號安排讓人覺得難以接受，以後不會想要再去。
