從沒買過這麼糟糕的智能寵物水機,買不到3個月就故障,保固一年(聯絡客服回應是要自費修理,說是人為操作問題。)反覆主動強烈聯繫(浪費很多時間等待回覆,也不會主動聯繫,最後回覆是可以送一台新的水機,結果送來的水機也是ㄧ樣問題(所謂智能水機是會提早告知需要加水,結果換回來的水機都是水見底才亮燈,而且橘燈永不熄滅。本來在店家購買的是水位於7分滿就會亮燈,不到3個月就自動閃橘燈永不熄滅。去電反應結果又換了一台還是一樣的瑕疵故障品來,得到的結論是水機沒有問題不影響使用原廠回應。)言下之意就是讓你繼續用這瑕疵品,貴公司擺爛不處理,只回覆水機無法在水位7分滿時亮提示燈(客服不承認之前說過的話打臉自己,之前曾經詢問客服正常幾分滿缺水會亮燈?也說7分滿,後來聯繫就不承認說過這話。)第一台在店家購買的可以在7分滿時亮缺水提示燈,後面從公司換來的2台都必須水見底才亮燈,而且這3台是故障後再也沒亮過藍色提示燈,而且永遠亮橘燈不會滅,得到的結論就是不影響使用,請繼續使用。
1580的智能水機是這種品質,客服無法回應任何問題。最後就是擺爛,這種瑕疵品還拿出來賣,非常糟糕?。養狗12年使用日本品牌水機只換過一台水機因為馬達故障,這種所謂智能水機(就是智能不足的產物)。問題處理共花了一個多月之後就不再聯絡,裝沒這回事。
代理商無法回應問題,讓消費者自認倒霉。
產品真的是瑕疵品請不要購買以免被坑(毫無服務可言)。非常糟糕的商品及沒有任何服務(保固一年是搞笑。)因為換來換去都是瑕疵商品。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 寵物展買了個牽繩說是因為舊款所以會再多附一條燈帶,回家裝上電池發現燈帶的亮的地方斷斷續續地而且會自己停掉。確實是不能退換貨,舊款買下來不比新款便宜,那表示附贈的東西是會影響購買意向,送個瑕疵品你們也是夠有誠意欸?現場不能先試但也沒人想到這種東西也能拿出來。寫信給客服也沒有回應,多給的一顆新星是給牽繩的。有這種糟糕的體驗其實以後也不需要特別去跟你們買,反正沒比較優惠買來故障客服也不會理你。
