首先櫃台掛號小姐態度一直以來都很糟糕，都是一副臭臉，掛號或找零錢的時候說話從不看人，都是把健保卡直接丟桌上。
想說她可能每天上班有壓力才情緒這麼差，我們就多體諒他一點，結果她態度反而越來越惡劣、越來越沒禮貌。
（他們有兩個櫃檯服務小姐，此篇文特指2022年5月25日 17:25值班的那位）
今天新北市在下大豪雨，我們為了小孩上課還是搭UBER準時趕到雄鶴診所，在三樓治療室等了大概半小時，敲門都沒有人開門才發現根本沒有人在三樓。
我們到櫃檯詢問櫃台小姐才說職能治療老師今天請假，根本不會來，而語言老師還沒到。
所以我們冒著大雨還搭Uber 來上課，前前後後白等一個小時就是病患應該承受的損失嗎？
老師請假需要提早告知病患不是很基本的事嗎？到了現場之後掛號時櫃檯掛號小姐也完全沒有提，等到我們又去問才告知。
把整件事情告訴診所負責人黃院長，結果黃院長的態度也完全沒有一點誠意，黃院長的話意思就是下大雨所以老師遲到這很正常，還說是我們自己願意等老師來的。
但是當時櫃檯掛號小姐只說大約再等15分鐘就好，老師最後整整遲到一個小時，我們事先根本不知道要等這麼久。
一個老師請假、另一個老師整整遲到一個小時，準時的人反而變成傻子。
因為雄鶴診所規定學生請假就必須重新排隊，所以我們有上課的日子向來不敢遲到也不敢請假，但老師今天請假和遲到病患卻足足等了一個小時才知道。
六七歲的小孩等一個小時根本就已經坐不住，更何況是好動的孩子，櫃檯服務小姐態度極差直接兇我們家的小孩。
不好意思，真的輪不到你們來管教我們家小孩，他今天冒著風雨來上課，等了一個小時才知道老師根本就不會來，這一點都不合理！
