火候掌握得比之前智光那邊類似的好 有留住蔥跟高麗菜的甜味 內餡量也不少 外皮酥脆 放冷了也還不錯吃 就外皮軟掉而已
高麗菜蛋餅整體份量不少 蠻容易吃飽的 醬料有醬油膏跟辣椒 口味上比較偏重食材原味 如果醬汁上能再花點心思調配應該會更好

The overall portion of cabbage omelet is quite easy to eat. The sauce has soy sauce paste and chili. The taste is more emphasis on the original flavor of the ingredients. If the sauce can be mixed with some thoughts, it would be better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天偶然經過，看到看板上沒看過的蘿蔔蛋餅引起我的好奇，點來試試，跟一般蛋餅很不一樣的方型餅皮被煎的金黃酥脆，光看就覺得很誘人，內餡的滿滿的蘿蔔絲略帶點鹹度，吃起來飽口爽脆，很有令人耳目一新的感覺，下次還想再訪！

今天週六路過也有營業，老闆說時間如果下大雨雨會潑到沒辦法，但微雨會營業喔。
