理賠專員 明明收件 也簡訊來說受理案件
等了快一個月打去問 竟說找不到案件
要我補件 重辨 一個文件一個文件
去重新申請搞毛?
且專員態度極不佳 專員于先生
後來找到文件 專員事後又打電話來質疑
為什麼隔一天才去就醫
難道他不知道 非明顯外傷
很多都是隔一天才感覺疼痛嗎!!
立馬退保換一間強制險公司
以後也不會再保此公司
這公司的態度,速度,令人不敢領教

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他的工作人員服務態度ok，唯獨道路機車停車格真是一位難求，更是停車收費機車格也沒有，不然就是要停很遠走到目地的，如果停車格有增加那就更好。
