櫃檯人員服務態度很差,老人家打疫苗動作慢了點被斜眼狠瞪,換我的時候客氣詢問小朋友可以看診跟打預防針嗎?就極度不耐煩並拉高分貝的回答說現在只能看診不能打預防針(重複好幾次),叫她冷靜點,還大聲說我很冷靜只是怕你聽不懂,整個無言,這麼沒耐心的人怎麼在小兒科診所工作啊?很差的體驗!

當天收到通知小孩同學確診所以小孩要隔離(3歲多),因為我是陪同隔離者,各方資訊都叫我回家前隔離前先去做快篩。 醫生說是同學陽性,我小孩還沒做快篩為什麼我要做?我說因為目前買不到試劑,小孩已由家人先帶回家,但我是主要照顧者被通知說要先快篩,醫生聽了直接表明 “你小孩沒快篩陽性你根本就不用做,所以我不會給你快篩劑,退掛” 因為目前都是掛號後領取快篩劑回家自己做,診所不會幫忙做快篩,因此我另外提出是否能將快篩劑帶回給小孩使用?醫生也說不行,要帶小孩來才給他做,這點我可以理解,但堅持一定要我小孩陽性才給我快篩這點跟衛生單位給的資訊完全不同 當下覺得醫生溝通不良浪費時間果斷換一間診所,另一間判斷我的狀況可以拿快篩,完全不廢話 另外櫃檯兩位態度都有夠差,講話都不會看人的,評價低不是沒有原因的
