8號窗口光一個顧客就花了45分鐘，完全沒效率浪費顧客時間
Every time you come to this Chunghwa Telecom to apply for a business, it starts at least 1 hour
Excluding the payment counter, there are only 2 waiters in 8 service windows
It took 45 minutes for a customer in window 8 and it was totally inefficient to waste customer time.
