以前覺得不簽專約會比較快賣出去（世人的直覺誤解），但沒簽專約之前，有一堆給真假消息的房仲們，整天跟他們溝通就飽了（姐還有工作要做啊?）
大叔的專約是一種門神的保證，那些假消息房仲，在大叔面前無所遁形，過濾出最值得賣的賣家，賣到我心中的價錢，值得專約???
