服務人員態度親切友善，炸好的食品還會親自送到外面給等候的客人。
餐點可口，各式炸物品項眾多，蔥蒜口味亦能滿足有偏好的客群。以特大雞排為招牌，雖然雞肉厚實卻不會炸到乾澀；少見的粗大花枝與常見的小條魷魚均能處理得當。脆皮大腸乍見單價讓人卻步，但份量、入口後的口感，竟能遠勝多數熱炒店的類似品項，令人眼睛為之一亮。
整體而言，屬中和地區不錯的鹹酥雞店之一。
