★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 多種麵條可以選擇，光以麵的品質來說個人很喜歡，不會過軟。
紅燒的湯頭味道很夠與麵很搭，牛肉、牛筋、牛小排的品質也讓人滿意。
缺點為招牌麵的牛肉很柴，一般如果選牛肉麵或是半筋半肉麵的牛肉都很好，但不知為何料很多的招牌麵裡面的牛肉就很差。

The disadvantage is that the beef in the signature noodles is very woody. Generally, if you choose beef noodles or half-gluten and half-meat noodles, the beef is very good, but for some reason, the beef in the signature noodles with a lot of ingredients is very poor.
