不曉得為什麼公司制服要跟這家廠商合作 明明都有好好量每個人的身形 但是卻沒辦法一次做出符合的尺寸 已經不是第一次這樣了 是閉著眼睛在量?甚至連要來修改的時間都無法好好遵守覺得無奈~~

爛爆!做出來的制服跟量的尺寸完全不一樣,整間公司一堆人要重新改,員工來公司重新量身修改,態度還這麼差,是你們自己該檢討吧?一兩人那就算了,多少人要重新改啊?可以管理一下員工嗎???

讓人感覺非常差的消費經驗 我們團體訂製制服 一個一個丈量完後到到貨時 9成以上的人尺寸完全不合 外套袖子一長一短、褲子口袋一高一低、甚至還有人的西裝外套袖子是變成5分袖,狀況多到我懶的一個一個打,外套、背心、褲子、都弄的亂七八糟完全不是當時丈量的尺寸與大小 反應後說會再修改尺寸 第二次丈量時換來的態度居然是: 「不會啊我覺得剛好~」 「你的外套怎麼袖子一長一短?」 「你的外套尺寸50,怎麼背心52?」 「褲長不用放啦,這樣可以。」 以上問題怎麼可以這樣問消費者呢? 就是當時丈量的尺寸跟做出來的不一樣 而且。差。非。常。多 最後將責任推說: 「因為第一次來丈量的員工才做一年多。」 所以呢?然後呢? 此員工經驗不足就要叫消費者吞下去? 還是說此員工經驗不足是消費者的問題? 那請問貴公司怎麼會請一位經驗不足的員工來處理一次訂製50、60套的訂單呢? 交貨時退貨約8成的場景也真的是令人大開眼界??? 希望將來有意要訂製正式服裝的網友們要好好慎選廠商,慎選專業且服務態度要好的廠商。
