★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 這家是我修車以來,遇到最糟糕的機車店,給他修,你要有心裡準備就是亂講,明明沒問題的地方,他跟你說有問題。再來就是電線接頭沒接好,要不然就是螺絲沒鎖,而且這家店收費也算高,主配線沒問題說有問題,換說要收4200,後來我到另一家機車行,才找出真正問題是大燈副線短路,才導致保險絲常常燒掉,而主配線根本沒問題,誇張的是拆車換主配線完,把電線各插頭接好,又變成方向燈不亮,又過去給那家看,說接頭沒接好。之後牽走了才發現,把我車殼拆壞也不說,螺絲也有4,5顆沒鎖,超級糟糕的店。要去的要三思。
之前提到,後來到另一家機車行查到是大燈線路問題,在此更正,當時大燈線路確實有一段電線外漏(此用絕緣膠帶纏繞即可),當初都認為是此外漏電線造成異常,導致保險絲燒掉。後經約半個月後,此狀況又再次發生,經過我自己在網路與專業人員多方訊問後,終於發現只要我開大燈,騎了一段時間後,保險絲就容易燒毀而找到真正原因。其實主要是在大燈燈泡,之前自己不懂,自己自行換裝高瓦數90W燈泡。這才導致我只要夜晚開大燈行車,當行駛時間過長,燈泡過熱,而車子試用燈泡瓦數不對,導致電流異常,進而保險絲燒毀。後來我自己再換裝車子適用的瓦數燈泡後,就再無發生。也是因為我自己換適用燈泡時,在拆卸車殼時發現,車殼多處卡楯斷裂,而老闆你所說的,因為車子老舊,車殼又是塑膠製品,所以容易老化斷裂,這些我了解也知道,但想請問一下,如果當你們因為這原因,還是不小心拆卸過程中導致斷裂,那請問不應該告知客戶嗎?再者,機殼裝上時,螺絲沒鎖上,並非斷裂而無法鎖上,是能鎖上卻沒上鎖,也不是沒鎖緊欸,再加上沒上鎖的螺絲共有4顆,扣除斷裂造成無法上鎖的兩顆外,那另外兩顆未上鎖又如何說。不管能否上鎖螺絲,請問老闆你不認為也應該告知客戶嗎?其餘問題我也不太想說了,只認為生意是以長久論,非像貴行方式經營,希望此次能讓貴行日後有所注意,而不要再像我這樣的對待客戶,謝謝

In fact, it was mainly in the headlight bulbs. I didn't understand it before, so I replaced the high-wattage 90W bulbs myself. This caused me to drive with the headlights at night. When the driving time is too long, the bulbs are overheated, and the wattage of the bulbs in the car's trial is not correct, which causes the current to be abnormal and the fuse burns out. Later, after I reinstalled the wattage bulb for the car myself, it didn't happen again. It’s also because when I changed the applicable bulb myself, when I dismantled the car shell, I found that the car shell was broken in many places. What the boss said, because the car is old and the car shell is made of plastic, it is easy to age and break. 那就跟我上次保養對我說的只要200以上金額都是免費更換齒輪油,的差異很大。
師父還說你上次有換這次不用一切按照原廠。(那200元起機油才有免費齒輪油更換,根本只是文字遊戲)
所以這次很不愉快的消費經驗。

1.我想整件事情的起因是因為價格爭議,我父親是認同你們當下的服務態度這部分我給予肯定,但一定就是事後發現被人盤了所以才選擇讓我知道,並不是什麼要惡意抹黑這種為起因這是第一,我知道你價格的由來了也非常清楚,但就是比我父親在別處詢問過後貴上許多。
2.另外,我只是一名消費者的家屬,他有不愉快的消費事實,我來上面留言有何不對?幾經計算您的確收了我父親5000多,所謂抹黑應該是指我謊稱你們收10000這才叫抹黑,把我父親的經歷寫出來怎麼到你們這邊就變抹黑了?而且你們的評論數並不多但負評來由很大一部分都與價格有關不是嗎?

4.見業主未回覆,我這邊第四點也就做最後總結,之後我也不會在本店評論下做任何回復,首先感謝本店的回應和指教,我開頭所謂的緊急就是指我父親因車損狀況實在嚴重(你們也都看到了,確實是年代久遠的車子),所以沒有去平常常去的機車行進行修理而是來你們這(順便)問修理相關。再者,你們的態度確實非常好這我父親也和我提過,也像你們說的拆開檢查不用錢,但作為一普遍消費者心理來說,就是因為拆開傳動不用錢,所以一旦被你們收取了高於外面高出不少的價格時,會認為自己當初一開始被你們好態度給算計了,因此質疑你們是黑店。而這是心理的一種感受跟消費體驗,我們要的很簡單,就是本店給個說法進行溝通,不是在這邊你一言我一語叫大眾公評,雙方和平解決事情是我本人所希望。最後提醒各位有耐心看完評論的消費者們謝謝你們,這家店的CP值不高是我父親來這邊消費的心得這千真萬確,他來本店消費不愉快這也千真萬確,但這家店態度很好,專業知識強,在地人服務鄉親有熱忱這也是我父親看到的,若你們完全不介意價格上的出入也是可以來的。也謝謝業主這幾天與我的「唇槍舌戰」讓我這年輕人也上了一課,願你們保持初心別被這件事情影響了心情和初衷,祝你們生意興隆,謝謝。
