★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently moved to the area a few months ago and once in a while I've stopped by the bakery... overall the variety is pretty good but unfortunately the customer service portion is lacking... No one greets the customer when they come in. The cashier usually doesn't make eye contact and will take another customer while I'm in line. I am unsure if it's the foreigner aspect but I do have noticed a lack of warmth in greeting and smiling from the staff while customers are in the store. It's truly unfortunate that the overall shopping experience is lacking. I think if they smile more and greet their customers even if they're busy (even 7-11 says welcome and most of the time they have a line of people they're waiting on).
Customer service matters.
I'd recommend just go in get your baked goods and leave...
