★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 買了兩年就壞掉，請台北維修中心的老闆來維修，竟然都只用line聯絡，連現場檢查都不檢查，就說要花四千元載回工廠修理，如果覺得維修費太貴，竟然建議我們付5500元，換一台新的電熱水器！維修熱水器跟修手機是同樣情況嗎？之前用了十年才壞，2016/3買了，2018/9就有漏水問題！品質差、售後服務也很差，建議想買電熱水器者，不要考慮興龍牌！老闆不提供任何保證書，維修跑一趟至少要收4000元！請評估者審慎了！

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 打這公司電話，幾乎都是老闆娘接的，她會要你留電話、地址、機器序號，等老闆回來才會回電。但老闆態度超級差的，故障基本上他都不想修，跟你說那要載回來修理，所以至少要5~6千，一直跟你說不划算，暗示你再買一台就好了。跟他說之前其他水電來看，表示可能是某零件有問題造成，他也非常堅持不可能壞，不知老闆有天眼還是會觀落陰，連來看都沒看，就直斷不可能壞，太神奇了。台積電都不敢保證良率一定都是100%，老闆居然認為興龍牌的電熱水器良率會100%，沒有任何一個零件會故障 ? 買這牌基本上祈禱不要壞，萬一壞了後，直接找面的水電換裝其他牌子，跟這公司報修只會氣死自己，罵自己當初怎會那麼呆，買到這台。
