後面的公墓已經拆遷 剩下私墓在徵收 以後會變成萬坪公園
積穗國中旁邊會新蓋一條聯外道路往環球的方向
整體來說前景不錯 可惜離捷運太遠(LG08 15分鐘 環狀線20+分鐘)
不過懶得走的話員山路上就有307 2站到LG08
附近機能完整 學區的話積穗國中換校長之後略有起色
最近在出清地主戶 有要撿斷頭戶的就勇敢出價吧
