疫情嚴峻時期,總機電話一直佔線打不通可以理解,好不容易撥通之後卻秒被掛斷也不知何故。照衛生所最近所張貼的公告,未收到指隔書簡訊的筆數高達1萬6千多筆,衛生所每天只有發60張號碼牌(上午30張,下午30張),請問是要改到猴年馬月嗎?民眾為了拿號碼牌還需要凌晨徹夜去排隊,請問這是什麼效率?

抵達後先抽號碼牌,等將近50分鐘後才能報到,結果還要在寫一次資料。 那也就算了,進到裏面後,又是無止盡漫長的等待叫號等注射。 這禮拜帶朋友去慈濟注射疫苗,從頭到尾流程十分鐘搞定,在政府機關就要等近兩小時,如果沒辦法快速消化就沒收那麼多人來注射疫苗

行政效率低下,嚴重浪費民眾時間!多次各處打電話反應居隔書問題無果,只好到衛生所現場申請結果還限量,我以為是在買演唱會門票還是買球鞋?早上跑去説上午只辦30人,已額滿中午再來,中午跑去又說下午原定30人改成20人,排了半天依舊無果,一天只能辦理50-60人的量能實在讓人不能接受,大批民眾在門口滿頭問號不知所措,接下來更多民眾確診/解隔後這裡場面會更加離譜吧!(5/9實際狀況) 5/10更新,號碼牌已改為上午20人,下午20人一天40位,變更難搶囉~要去辦事請要有提早排隊的心理準備。(我早上六點去是3號,7點半來的已經是上午第20號後面通通不能辦或是直接等中午的號碼牌,給大家參考)

5/18(三)本日排隊經歷 門外有公告 上午及下午只有15個號碼牌 今天6:16到 我第23位 聽說早上五點前已排滿15位 有人早上三點排 是第三位 八點發完上午15號號碼牌後 工作人員說可以幫剩下的人觸發居隔單簡訊 但有特別註明系統成功率只有三成 大家也可以繼續排門口另一條隊伍的(上午候補&下午前15號號碼牌的隊伍) 若1130以前 上午前15位領號碼牌的提早處理完候補即可進去 (不保證一定能排到 若前面的人帶很多人的身份證健保卡處理 程序較為複雜就會處理比較久) 所以我就繼續排候補 (我大約候補8) 幸運的在10:20成功排到候補進去 裡面的櫃檯很細心專業 努力迅速的協助我處理事情並說明 工作人員及排隊的人都很辛苦,政府的系統又不夠精準快速,雖然他們有跟政府反應 但目前還是有許多問題在,人力也不足,希望過去的人要有點心理準備不要有太多謾罵,看得出工作人員很辛苦也很無奈

沒給1顆星因為服務態度沒問題,但 5/12到永和耕莘做PCR,填寫的資料明明無誤,衛生所竟說醫院通報的是舊戶籍地址?導致5/26至今未收到指定隔離通知書。究竟是哪個部門出錯?為了請假,卻要患者半夜三點到衛生所排隊領居隔單,政府可以正視此問題嗎?為何不開設居隔單問題專線?資料確認後再次發送簡訊線上下載?患者已身心疲憊,現場辦理完還不是收簡訊再下載,是脫褲子放屁嗎?請問二次感染誰能負責?
