★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good experience for the MagSafe power supply repair. The repairman is very friendly and owns ample knowledge to share. The most important thing is, you can only pay 800 TWD to extend the life of your general part MagSafe! That’s awesome! Strongly recommend you can reach the guy out if you need any kinds of solutions for your Mac devices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They repaired MagSafe charger of my MacBook Pro. It only takes around 20 minutes. My charger became almost new and fixing price is acceptable. They are also able to speak English and easy to communicate with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I spilled some beverage over the keyboard of my Macbook Air and needed to get it dry quickly and clean the inside before it was too late. I called and less than an hour later I met the service guy, who successfully performed the rescue mission before my very eyes: dismantled the computer, dried the spillage, cleansed all stains with alcohol, brushed and dusted the components put it back together and tested. After some 30 minutes my comp was up and running, as if nothing had happened to it. They also fixed my torn charging cable later that day.
I highly recommend this mac/iphone service to anyone in need: their customer service is excellent, the fees are reasonable, and because they fix things in front of you, you don‘t really need to worry about the data privacy and security of your hard drive content. I will be happy to use their services again, if I ever have the need.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent and very friendly English speaking computer diagnostic and repair services. Highly recommended to anyone with Mac or PC issues. My new PC suddenly stopped working and I spent days trying to troubleshoot it, finally gave up and found a nearby service center. I wish I had found him earlier. I went to his place and he identified the problem in about 20 minutes. Spent another 30 minutes or so tweeking some other things. The total cost was very reasonable, and excellent service. I would definitely use him again if I encounter more problems and I highly recommend him to everyone who needs assistance. I believe he can resolve your issues.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This lovely man fixed my Macbook charger (replacing the wire) in about 30 minutes for just $800NT. You have to make an appointment beforehand and there's no shopfront but totally legit and now my laptop charges like a dream! Thank you sir :)
