但是皮軟肉又硬，個人建議不要跟洋蔥蛋汁一起煮，更突顯豬排的硬跟缺點。
如果做成豬肉丼還可以。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ㄜ～是因為這裏太沒競爭力嗎～炸豬排丼飯變（井飯）了，整個「湯」汁淹滿了飯，炸豬排肉一般般，應該就都現成的，沒什麼特別，親子丼也是，雞肉柴柴，沒什滑順感，整個丼飯的蛋液都乾乾散散的，真要說要吃飽喝足到是ok，但真的要跟說是丼飯的話就～～大家自已想了～
