★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 距離捷運公車站有點距離，不過也較安靜。走路到員山公車站10分鐘，但交通應該還是自行開車騎車比較便利，車程10分鐘就到中和好市多和家樂福。距離未來捷運最近是板南路中原站。騎車8分鐘。。旁邊就是中和民眾運動場算是優點。過馬路國中，國小在另一頭員山路類似文教區。算是安靜的區域
