短髮老闆娘動作很俐落^0^，笑容很甜美喔!!! 優質店家要多多支持!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 老闆動作非常迅速，眼明手快，時間上沒有多餘的浪費，不過熱門時段還是要等上15-20分。口味還行，有時有雷，但是大部分時間都炸的不錯。
The boss moves very quickly, has a sharp eye and hands, and there is no waste of time, but the hot time still has to wait 15-20 minutes. The taste is okay, sometimes there is thunder, but most of the time it is fried well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 民安街上唯二被當地居民較為熱烈光顧的兩家炸物攤其中之一(還有一家派克就是了，不過派克似乎因為連鎖店的關係比較少看人去買)，一直開到挺晚還有營業，菜單上的價位和種類也看起來和一般炸物攤差不多還好而已。
點了雞排和魷魚，雞排吃起來有點悶悶的但炸得還算軟嫩多汁趁熱吃也還好；但魷魚實在吃起來就是一整個悶壞了。或許近來聽說是這家和另一家都換人經營所以口味有差也不如以往那樣的受歡迎和大排隊。
One of the only two fried food stalls on Min'an Street that is more enthusiastically patronized by local residents (there is also a Parker, but Parker seems to be less expensive to buy because of chain stores), and it has been open until late. It is open, and the prices and types on the menu also seem to be about the same as ordinary fried food stalls.
I ordered chicken chop and squid. The chicken chop tasted a little stuffy, but it was still soft and juicy when it was fried. It was good to eat it hot; but the squid was really stuffy. Perhaps I recently heard that this and the other are changed to operate, so the taste is not as popular as before and there is a big queue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 宵夜時間排隊的人很多,希望老闆可以想出好辦法,讓客人按照點單順序拿到食物,而不是說2次「不好意思」,卻還是維持原樣。
There are a lot of people in line during the supper time. I hope the boss can think of a good way to let the guests get the food in the order of the order, instead of saying "I'm sorry" twice, but it is still the same.
