過去很少去,所以有很多不清楚的地方,還好的是,櫃台的服務人員非常親切的一一講解給我聽和幫我處理好當天要弄的帳戶問題。

這家券商申辦超級沒有效率1.去年底申辦該辦的程序都跑完了,回說開太多戶無法辦理,奇怪了,基本資料都有寫!有在其他券商開戶跟無退票紀錄,不先去查證,只會要客戶按確認開戶的通知信跟電話錄音,然後完全不照基本資料上約定的時間電訪,最後說不能辦也沒任何表示,完完全全浪費客戶時間且非常不尊重客戶 2.今年2月下旬又辦了一次,直到3/11才有未接來電,這辦事效率真的是有夠差,都半個月了才聯絡,,還說是照順序辦理,統一國泰兆豐不用二天就辦好!!你們搞了半個月才有來電!! 要不要乾脆拖個一年半載!3.詢問客服關於交割戶綁定的問題,客服也是狀況外,之前第一次辦已經綁定過宏遠,客服回答你已綁定其他家券商,所以不行喔!我就是問我綁的是宏遠,何況根本沒有辦成功,到底綁定了什你倒是告訴我!!!你宏遠電子化授權的扣款單位代號根本全都一樣,如果有綁定成功,根本無須在綁定才對,授權交易紀錄也查無,什麼都查無的東西叫客戶自行取消綁定宏遠再綁定宏遠?真是莫名其妙
