或許我訂的數量不多，但這種服務跟處理態度，值得只給一分。
如果不接少量訂單，直說不接即可。
I booked a sample walkie-talkie trial with your company, but it has not been sent out. I asked for a "forgotten" and perfunctory, and the tone was still very unfriendly. There was no apology at all.
Perhaps the quantity I ordered is not large, but this service and handling attitude deserve only one point.
If you do not accept a small number of orders, just say no.
