生魚片是凍的，其實可以問客人能接受嗎，像小孩、老公都不愛吃凍的，即使說可以等一下，但最後一道出生魚片，大家都吃了差不多也不會想等，何況外面還下雨。夏天也根本不敢打包生魚片回家啊！
薑絲大腸小孩還吃到鋼刷，雖然有加黃豆醬。
加分是水蓮有加破卜子，在熱炒店難得看到，所以才加到三分，不會回訪的一間店
