感謝店家回覆，忙碌這件事能夠理解，也感謝你們體貼用心，但也期望針對速度上有所改善，畢竟內部流程優化這件事需要公司進一步調整，如何可以公平地提供飲料給顧客，以及快速地給顧客，那真的很值得給五顆星，下次會改用打電話方式來預訂餐點，謝謝。

因為不食用動物奶沒辦法體會厚奶茶的滋味，但很是很感謝可以加價換購燕麥奶，平常就是這樣的方式在替換牛奶類的，這此體驗工作人員非常親切，也沒有久等。口感上珍珠偏硬Q，茶底偏水，下次來可能不會點這個品項，會試試其他的！
（燕麥奶本身濃醇度跟牛奶就不太能相比，所以建議可能茶可以濃一點或提高燕麥奶比例）
