★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 預約是一回事，到的時候也沒病患，醫生就是躲在後面不知道幹嗎？要等個二十分鐘。預約早上更慘，到的時候連店面鐵捲門都沒拉起來，等超過三十分鐘才看到醫生來開店。看診過程非常久，有很大部分的時間是邊看診邊跟護士聊天。

直到幾年前開始在宋家牙醫診所洗牙後 , 現在對洗牙已經漸漸沒有恐懼
內人牙齒裂了一半 , 到此治療 , 醫師提出各種方案 , 並非常詳細的說明 , 我應該不會再換牙醫了

我預約每次都準時到，但最少都要等上15、20分鐘，有前一位患者而延遲沒話說，誰不想問題被仔細處理，但最近一次是診所打來要求換時間，坐等15分鐘後才看到醫師從診所外牽著單車回來…預約都假的吧。
總之除去時間管理的問題其他都還不錯，有次因為前一位等了一小時超過下班時間，有讓我選要不要另約，若選留下來等則承諾一定看完我才關門，還算負責。

醫師真的很有耐心、有任何疑問都可以詢問。
也會告知你不同治療方式的差異性、建議。
手法溫柔，做任何行為都會告知、補完牙也會詢問你是否有不適。
好後悔沒早點來，牙齒問題就不會拖這麼久了?
至於其他人說，準時到了要等很久的問題，我沒遇到。約幾點，幾點就開始看，很準時。
牙助小姐也很溫柔、有耐心。
感謝兩位讓對看牙醫畏懼、怕痛的我，願意再回診，真的很棒。
