★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今天驗車體驗到了所謂的效率與專業，效率建立在時間只花不到10分鐘；而專業就是對於車頂架的認知。
我在車頂綁繩子以方便上下衝浪板，根據相關條文規定，活動式免申請變更。由於我用的是很粗的特多龍繩，技師只是搖搖抓抓，確認是繩子就給過。
活動式的認定有客觀的標準，亦即可以徒手拆裝就屬活動式。
感謝專業的服務。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 禮拜三中午11點半左右抵達，運氣不錯甭排隊，動線不會太擁擠，繳費、檢驗不到10分鐘，服務、效率都不錯，會再來。

開車到驗車道，留下鑰匙，到右邊室內，先掃描實聯制，手消毒，左邊有櫃檯，櫃檯小姐問是否為LED燈，繳費、行照後，到室外車旁稍等，結束

8:00營業，我8:07到達，但此時已經約莫10輛車分兩線排隊驗車了。
1.依據現場人員招呼排到其中一線後，停車不熄火，將鑰匙留在車上(後續將由賓勝汽車的人員開至車道前方檢驗)。
2.走到右方10公尺處室內的櫃檯，提供行照並繳費(小型車為450元)，免攜帶強制險資料(因櫃台人員會自行連線查詢)。
3.依收費員指示，將繳款收據及行照，拿到車上駕駛座的遮陽板夾著。
4.走到最前方等候，驗好後，上車駛離。
註：排隊不算，真正驗車時間大概5分鐘而已，可能是因為我最近剛換新輪胎?

Note: queuing does not count, the actual vehicle inspection time is only about 5 minutes, maybe because I just changed new tires recently?
